目的探讨分析胎儿肢体畸形的产前超声诊断应用价值。方法选取自2010年4月至2016年4月这一段期间内某妇产医院进行产前超声诊断的35862例孕妇作为临床研究对象,回顾这35862例孕妇的临床资料,观察分析胎儿肢体畸形的检出率。结果 35862例孕妇中,检查出胎儿肢体畸形的共有79例,胎儿肢体畸形检出率约为0.22%。79例胎儿肢体畸形中,软骨发育不全的共有14例,约占17.72%;成骨发育不全的共有9例,约占11.39%;残肢畸形的共有16例,约占20.25%;足畸形的共有29例,约占36.71%;手畸形的共有9例,约占11.39%;人体鱼序列征的共有2例,约占2.53%。结论产前超声诊断是检查胎儿肢体畸形的重要手段,其可通过典型的超声图像特征比较准确地提示各类胎儿肢体畸形,应大力普及和推广。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformity. Methods 35,862 pregnant women who were diagnosed with prenatal ultrasound in a maternity hospital from April 2010 to April 2016 were selected as the clinical study objects. It can accurately remind all kinds of fetal limb deformities by typical ultrasonic image features and should be widely popularized and popularized.
