目的:了解濮阳市城区绝经女性激素补充治疗(HRT)应用情况。方法:采用整群与随机抽样相结合方法,对濮阳市1 600名45～55岁绝经女性进行问卷调查。结果:1 600名绝经女性HRT使用率为0.94%,知晓率为4.63%。不同人群中的HRT使用率不同,HRT知晓率亦不同。结论:绝经女性对更年期保健知识尤其对HRT的认识匮乏,限制了HRT的应用。加强更年期保健知识宣教是今后一个阶段的工作重点。
Objective: To understand the application of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in postmenopausal women in Puyang City. Methods: A total of 1 600 45- 55-year-old menopausal women in Puyang City were surveyed by a combination of cluster analysis and random sampling. Results: The HRT rate of 1 600 menopausal women was 0.94%, with a rate of 4.63%. There are different rates of HRT usage in different populations, and HRT awareness rates are also different. Conclusion: Menopausal women’s knowledge of menopause, especially HRT, lack of understanding, limiting the application of HRT. To strengthen menopause awareness of health education mission is the focus of the next phase.
