目的观察复方皂矾丸联合安特尔治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法40例病人随机分为治疗组20例以复方皂矾丸联合安特尔(雄激素)为治疗药物,对照组20例以安特尔(雄激素)为主。结果治疗组基本治愈4例,缓解10例,明显进步2例,无效例;对照组基本治愈2例,缓解8例,明显进步3例,无效7例。治疗组有效率为80%,而对照组有效率为65%。结论复方皂矾丸联合安特尔是治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血安全有效的治疗方案。
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Zaofan Pill combined with Androtelol on chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and treatment group (n = 20). Antares (androgen) was used as the treatment. Results In the treatment group, 4 cases were basically cured, 10 cases were relieved, 2 cases were markedly improved, and 2 cases were ineffective. In the control group, 2 cases were basically cured, 8 cases were alleviated, 3 cases were markedly improved, and 7 cases were ineffective. The treatment group was 80%, while the control group was 65%. Conclusion Compound Zaofan pills combined with Androtel is a safe and effective treatment for chronic aplastic anemia.
