房室“挂钩”(acarochge)型分离,是房室独立搏动同步化,即频率相同的等率性房室分离。它同时伴有房室传导阻滞者较少见,现报告一例。病例摘要患者刘某(住院号1893),男,37岁。因严重精神创伤三昼夜未入睡,继之胸闷、心慌,而于1979年5月16日入院。平素健康。查体:Bp110/70mmHg,一般状态好,心肺无著变。腹部正常。四肢活动自如。血、尿、便常规均正常。心肺X线透视正常。血沉5mm/小时。抗“O”500单位以下。心电图所示见图1～5。图1—3示“挂钩”型房室
