采用间接耦合和直接耦合方式,对货车制动闸瓦在紧急制动和长大坡道调速制动工况下进行热应力仿真分析对比。结果表明,直接耦合分析得出的结果更加贴近实际,其紧急制动时最高温度和最大应力出现在制动过程中约44 s时刻,分别为136℃和306 MPa;长大坡道制动时的最高温度和最大应力都出现在制动结束时,分别为224℃和592 MPa。仿真较真实地反映了整个制动过程中闸瓦的瞬态温度和应力变化情况,且闸瓦一次制动满足要求。
Indirect coupling and direct coupling are adopted to simulate and compare the thermal stress of the truck brake shoe under the conditions of emergency braking and long-ramping speed regulation. The results show that the result of direct coupling analysis is closer to reality. The maximum temperature and the maximum stress during emergency braking appear at about 44 s during braking, which are 136 ℃ and 306 MPa respectively. When the ascending ramp braking Both the maximum temperature and the maximum stress appear at the end of braking, respectively 224 and 592 MPa. The simulation truly reflects the transient temperature and stress changes of the brake shoe during the whole braking process, and the brake of the brake shoe meets the requirements at one time.
