众所周知,《君子》一文,源自梁启超先生1914年11月5日应邀来清华为学校所做之主题演讲,是清华校训的导引,原载于1914年11月10日第20期的《清华周刊》。当年“新文化运动”还没到来,《清华周刊》还是传统的竖排、繁体、没有标点的非“白话文”形式,其文影印如图:最近,本人签约清华大学出版社,欲编辑出版“大师梁启超”与“先生楼宇烈”相隔百年的清华演讲录,主题是《君子之风与大学之道》,目的不言自明:旨在传播清华人文精神,弘扬传承千年的中华民族优秀传统文化,启迪后学行健不息,践行“明明德、亲民、止于至善”的大学正道!
As we all know, the article “The gentleman” comes from the speech delivered by Mr. Liang Qichao on November 5, 1914 to Tsinghua University for his school guidance. It is the guide of Tsinghua School Motto. It was originally published in the 20th issue of November 10, 1914, “Tsinghua University weekly”. In the past year, “New Culture Movement” has not come yet. Tsinghua Weekly is still a traditional vertical, traditional and non-punctuated “vernacular” form with a photocopy of its text as shown in the figure below: Recently, I signed Tsinghua University Press, To edit and publish Tsinghua Lecture, a hundred-year-long speech entitled “The Style of Gentleman and the Way of the University,” with “Master Liang Qichao” and “Mr. Lou Shi Lie”, the purpose of which is self-evident: aims at spreading the humane spirit of Tsinghua University and promoting the inheritance of the millennium Chinese outstanding traditional culture, after enlightenment, the industry does not ceaselessly, practicing “Ming Ming, close to the people, stop at the best” university right!
