实验教学和实验室管理是培养中小学生综合素质的有效途径。因此,抓好实验工作,以实验为突破口,通过实验激发学生兴趣,提高学生素质,是学校整个教学工作的重要环节。在中小学实验教学和管理中,积极开展实验教学,充分发挥实验室效能,切实提高中小学教育教学质量。随着新课改的全面推进,课堂教学从单一灌输知识到注重培养学生的动手能力,自主学习、合作探究的能力。目前在中小学校的实验室建设和管理中面临新的考验。如何做好中小学实验室建设与管理工作,积极开展实验教学,让学生成为学习的主体,不断激发学生的学习兴趣,此项工作显得十分重要。目前从中小学实验室建设与管理情况来看,存在很多问题与不足,与新课程改革不相称。笔者在对改进中小学实验室建设、管理、使用等方面进行调查研究,对如何改革管理模式,创新实验室工作方法,用好器材设备等方面进行积极探讨,取得了一定的成效。

Currently in the primary and secondary schools in the laboratory construction and management is facing a new test. How to do a good job of primary and secondary laboratory construction and management, and actively carry out experimental teaching, so that students become the main body of learning, continue to inspire students interest in learning, this work is very important. At present, there are many problems and deficiencies in the construction and management of laboratory in primary and secondary schools, which are not commensurate with the new curriculum reform. The author conducts an investigation and study on the improvement of the construction, management and use of primary and middle school laboratories, and actively explores how to reform the management mode, innovate laboratory work methods, and make good use of equipment and equipment, and achieved some success.
