临床上对小肠缺血及活力的估计常常主观与不准确,至今仍无一得到广泛认可和应用的方法,可在术中测定小肠血流量从而评估小肠的活力。作者以狗为实验模型,采用表面氧张力测量仪及脉氧仪对小肠组织血流的情况进行了测定分析。根据光电原理,通过计算动脉中去氧和氧合血红蛋白对红光及红外线两种不同光波吸收强弱的不同比例,算出不饱和及饱和血红蛋白比例,同时,通过检测动脉收缩及舒张时光波吸收的最大及最小值的比值,计算“脉搏增加”的光波吸收值,以去除静脉及组织对光波吸收的影响,从而得出一正确的动脉血氧饱
