广东省微生物研究所研究的“香菇段木新法栽培技术应用推广”和中国科学院华南植物研究所研究的“香菇香味成分鉴定及其利用研究”成果,最近分别获得广东省科学技术进步二等奖和三等奖。香菇段木新法栽培技术,充分利用树木的枝、尾材,栽成段木,用人工接种的方法,加强科学管理。
Guangdong Province Institute of Microbiology, “the new method of cultivation and application of mushroom cultivation techniques” and the South China Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, "the identification of mushroom flavor and its use of research results, recently won the second prize of progress in science and technology in Guangdong Province and Third prize. Mushroom section of the new method of cultivation techniques, make full use of tree branches, timber, planted into sections of wood, with artificial inoculation methods to strengthen scientific management.
