研究了反相高效液相色谱法定量分析33.0%苯噻草胺、卞嘧磺隆和二氯喹啉酸三元混配稻田除草剂的方法。色谱条件:岛津腈基柱(250mm×4.6,5(m),流动相为乙醇/缓冲液/乙睛(5∶77∶18,V/V/V),(λ=240nm,流速:1 mL/min;线性相关系数为0.9987~0.9992,外标法定量。苯噻草胺、卞嘧磺隆和二氯喹啉酸的加样平均回收率分别为100.56%,100.31%,100.80,RSD分别为1.10%,1.20%和1.04%。该法已作为33.0%苯噻-卞-二氯三元混配稻田除草剂的质量控制分析方法。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was developed for the quantitative analysis of ternary herbicides mixed with 33.0% mefenacet, bismuthsulfuric acid and quinclorac in rice fields. Chromatographic conditions: Shimadzu column (250 mm × 4.6, 5 (m), mobile phase of ethanol / buffer / acetonitrile (5:77:18, V / V / V) mL / min, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9987 ~ 0.9992, and the external standard method was used.The mean recoveries of mefenacet, bensulfuron-methyl and quinclorac were 100.56%, 100.31% and 100.80, respectively 1.10%, 1.20% and 1.04% .The method has been used as a 33.0% phenylthiazide - Bian - dichloro ternary mixed rice herbicides quality control analysis.
