目的:对比评价盐酸芬太尼与麻黄碱对于微管可视无痛人流术患者麻醉后术中血流动力学、脑电参数以及术后苏醒时间的变化,为微管可视无痛人流术合理选择麻醉剂提供数据依据。方法:选择进入我院进行微管可视无痛人流术患者180例,随机分为2组,每组90例,分别为盐酸芬太尼组与麻黄碱组。观察记录麻醉后患者术中心率(Heart rate,HR),血氧饱和度(Pulse oxime-try,SpO2),收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP),舒张压(Diastolic blood pressure,DBP),脑电双频指数(Bispectral index,BIS)以及术后苏醒时间(Recovery time,RT),并进行统计学分析。结果:1.盐酸芬太尼组患者术中BIS指数显著低于麻黄碱组(P<0.05),RT显著低于麻黄碱组(P<0.05)。2.盐酸芬太尼组与麻黄碱组的HR,SpO2,SBP,DBP比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:说明盐酸芬太尼在微管可视无痛人流术中麻醉效果优于麻黄碱。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and evaluate the changes of postoperative hemodynamics, EEG parameters and postoperative recovery time in anesthetized patients with visual painless fenestration with fentanyl and ephedrine hydrochloride, Reasonable choice of anesthetics to provide data. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with visual painless abortion admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups (90 in each group), which were fentanyl hydrochloride group and ephedrine group respectively. The rate of heart rate (HR), pulse oxime-try (SpO2), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) Bispectral index (BIS) and postoperative recovery time (RT) were calculated and analyzed statistically. The BIS index in the fentanyl group was significantly lower than that in the ephedrine group (P <0.05), and the RT was significantly lower than that in the ephedrine group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in HR, SpO2, SBP, DBP between fentanyl hydrochloride group and ephedrine group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: It is indicated that the anesthetic effect of fentanyl hydrochloride is better than that of ephedrine in the visual painless microtubules.
