一、教学改革的思想发动工作 1.充分利用目前的有利形势与整风的思想基础,把教师的干勁引导到教学改革方面来。反右斗爭以后,我校教师跟着党走的决心坚定起来了。加上他們受到全国大跃进新形势的鼓舞,干勁更大了。为了开展勤工儉学活动,他們白天黑夜地参加劳动生产,想出几十种生产門路,并且普遍要求增加工作量。他們的积极性是前所未有的。这是学校大改革、大跃进极其有利的条件,今后的问题就在于领导教师往哪里走。为了把教师的革命干勁引导到提高教育貭量,进行教学改革方面来,我們发动教师对如何貫彻新的教育方針,如何提高教育貭量、如何开展勤工儉学、如何搞好教学与生产劳动等方面,提倡“人人提倡議,个个訂規划”。并充分利用大字报的形式,在制訂学校全面大跃进規划的过程中,把教学
