With the development of industrialization, it is normal and inevitable that labor-capital conflicts will rise to social conflicts in many countries. Different parties took different attitudes toward this issue. During its long term in power, the Swedish Social Democratic Party has creatively applied the Marxist theory of class struggle, upholding democratic constitutionalism and opposing one-party autocracy. While acknowledging that labor-capital conflicts are the major social conflicts, the Swedish Social-Democracy Party, through state intervention, labor bargaining and labor market rule changes, The functions of private capital have been restricted and transformed so that the socialization of national income and the rationalization of labor and capital distribution have achieved a balance of power and interests between the two parties of labor and capital so that they can be both antithetical and unified and jointly become the key to promoting economic development and Social progress “vitality factor ”. The advanced experience of other countries in Sweden, such as Sweden and other countries, in dealing with labor conflicts has an important reference for us to build a harmonious labor-capital relations.
