有关红斑狼疮皮损内免疫球蛋白(Ig)和补体C_3的研究,文献甚多,但主要是以免疫荧光法为主,应用免疫酶组织化学的研究则较少。鉴于此,我们对红斑狼疮皮损进行了5种Ig和C_3的原位免疫组化观察,现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料:为我院既往住院或门诊病人活检病理组织存档蜡块,其中SLE12例、DLE12例。另自我院门诊手术室取非狼疮患者正常皮肤组织10例,标本均为10%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋切片,免疫组化采用SP法,链霉菌亲生物素蛋白(SP)简化免疫组化试剂盒,由美国ZYMED公司生产,第一抗体见附表。
There are many literature about the immunoglobulin (Ig) and complement C_3 in the lupus erythematosus lesions, but mainly immunofluorescence method, the application of immunohistochemistry is less. In view of this, we carried out in situ lupus erythematosus lesions of 5 kinds of Ig and C 3 in situ immunohistochemistry, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Materials: For our hospital past outpatient or outpatient biopsy pathology archived wax blocks, including SLE12 cases, DLE12 cases. Another from our hospital outpatient operating room to take non-normal lupus patients with normal skin tissue in 10 cases, specimens were 10% formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, immunohistochemical SP method, Streptomyces avidin (SP) Tissue kit, produced by the United States ZYMED company, the first antibody, see the schedule.
