为探讨不同品种大豆胰蛋白酶抑制因子和凝集素含量的差异及其对大鼠生长、养分消化率的影响,试验选用72只Wistar雄性大鼠,按体质量随机分成6组:前5组分别为5个不同品种大豆的试验组,第6组为正常对照组。饲养4周,取粪样和尿样进行消化试验,每周早饲前进行空腹称重。结果显示,吉林45的胰蛋白酶抑制因子和凝集素含量最高,吉农7含量最低。5个试验组之间比较其体增重、饲料利用效率、营养物质消化率及氮平衡、氮存留率差异显著,且显著低于对照组。结果表明,大豆品种不同,其胰蛋白酶抑制因子和凝集素含量存在显著差异,由此对动物生长、饲料利用效率和营养物质消化率的影响程度也存在明显差异。
In order to investigate the difference of tryptic factor and lectin content in different varieties of soybean and its effect on the growth and nutrient digestibility of rats, 72 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups according to body weight: the first 5 groups were Five different varieties of soybean test group, the sixth group of normal control group. Feeding for 4 weeks, take fecal samples and urine samples for digestion, weekly fasting before fasting weighing. The results showed that Jilin 45 had the highest trypsin inhibitor and lectin content and the lowest content of Jiunong 7. The body weight gain, feed utilization efficiency, nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance, nitrogen retention rate were significantly different between the five experimental groups, and significantly lower than the control group. The results showed that there were significant differences in trypsin inhibitory factor and lectin content among different soybean cultivars. There were also significant differences in the effects on animal growth, feed utilization efficiency and nutrient digestibility.
