随着学习与就业压力的增加,在我国存在一定心理困惑和障碍的大学生比例越来越多,因心理问题而诱发的大学生各项犯罪更是屡见不鲜,新生和毕业生更是心理问题的高发期。以下对高职新生存在的心理问题如何做好学生管理工作进行了探析。
With the increase of study and employment pressure, there are more and more college students in our country who have certain mental confusion and obstacle. It is not uncommon for all kinds of college students to be evoked by psychological problems. New students and graduates are also the high incidence of psychological problems . The following psychological problems on the existence of freshmen how to do a good job of student management were analyzed.
