在定碱度前提下改变生石灰和石灰石配比进行烧结杯实验,通过测试烧结过程有害气体成分的变化,得到石灰石和生石灰熔剂添加对烧结过程废气排放规律的影响。实验结果证明,生石灰和石灰石有效成分配加比例为3∶7时,烧结矿冶金性能较好,SO2和NOX排放量减少,SO2产生更加集中,熔剂中配加一定比例的石灰石有利于在烧结过程的高温条件下发生固硫反应,从而降低烧结烟气中的SO2排放量。
Sintering cup experiments were carried out by changing the proportion of quick lime and limestone on the premise of fixed alkalinity. The influence of limestone and quicklime flux on the exhaust emission law during sintering was obtained by testing the changes of harmful gas components during sintering. The experimental results show that when the ratio of the effective components of quicklime and limestone is 3: 7, the metallurgical properties of sinter are better, the emission of SO2 and NOX are reduced, SO2 is generated more concentrated, and a certain proportion of limestone is added to the flux to facilitate the sintering process Of the sulfur reaction occurs under high temperature conditions, thereby reducing the SO2 emissions in sintering flue gas.
