通过82例腮腺肿瘤患者手术前后血清β_2微球蛋白的测定，发现术前恶性肿瘤均明显增高，良性肿瘤则显示正常，术后测定结果仍居高不下患者多伴有肿瘤转移或复发。作者认为β2微球蛋白在鉴别腮腺肿瘤性质及预后评估方面有一定的临床实用价值。
Through the measurement of serum β 2 microglobulin before and after surgery in 82 patients with parotid gland tumors, it was found that the preoperative malignant tumors were significantly increased, benign tumors were normal, and the postoperative results were still high and many patients had tumor metastasis or recurrence. The authors believe that β2 microglobulin has certain clinical and practical value in distinguishing the nature and prognosis of salivary gland tumors.
