根据小辣椒的生物学特性,阜南县的土壤及气候条件适应种植,因此近几年来在全县的种植面积逐年扩大,但是生产中小辣椒的产量和品质低而不稳。为了提高农民种植小辣椒的积极性,增加经济收入,提出了小辣椒优质高产栽培技术措施,主要包括:培育壮苗,实现壮苗早栽;移栽大田,实现规范化栽植;加强田间管理,实现早熟高产优质,供农民朋友参考借鉴。
