高等教学档案的建立和管理是一项新的事物。对这一问题的看法,目前在档案界和高教界尚有分岐。本文作者比较系统地叙述了高等教学档案的形成规律、特性、内容以及建立和管理高等教学档案的原则,提出了“高等教学活动应属于科技活动,高等教学档案应归属于科技档案”的个人见解。这些看法正确与否,还有待争鸣,探讨,以使高等教学档案的建立和管理找到正确的途径和方法。
The establishment and management of higher education files is a new thing. The current view of this issue is still divergent in the archives and higher education sectors. The author systematically narrates the formation rules, characteristics, contents of higher education archives and the principle of establishing and managing higher education archives, and puts forward the personal opinion that “higher education activities should belong to science and technology activities and higher education archives should belong to science and technology archives” . Whether these views are correct or not remains to be discussed and discussed in order to find the correct ways and means for the establishment and management of higher education files.
