作为推进放宽武器出口政策的一部分,日本政府已决定将与土耳其共同研发坦克发动机。土耳其重视地面作战,对于陆上自卫队最新的10式坦克使用的三菱重工发动机感兴趣。根据目前的论证,实际研发工作将由三菱重工和土耳其企业设立合资公司来完成。
As part of its policy to promote the liberalization of arms exports, the Japanese government has decided to jointly develop a tank engine with Turkey. Turkey attaches importance to ground operations and is interested in the Mitsubishi heavy-duty engines used by the latest Self-Defense Force 10 tank. According to the current argument, the actual R & D work will be completed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Turkish companies to set up joint ventures.
