目的为了掌握河南省方城县居民食用盐中碘含量的情况,为消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照全国碘盐监测方案抽样,按GB/T 13025.7-1999直接滴定法监测。结果 2006—2011年共监测居民户碘盐1 728份,其中合格碘盐1 585份,碘盐合格率为91.72%;非碘盐67份,非碘盐率为3.88%。碘盐的合格率基本上呈每年上升趋势。结论该县居民基本上实现食用合格碘盐的目标,但仍有少量居民食用非碘盐,应深入开展宣传教育和加强食用碘盐的监督监测工作。
Objective To understand the iodine content of salt consumed by residents in Fangcheng County of Henan Province and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to the national iodized salt monitoring program sampling, according to GB / T 13025.7-1999 direct titration monitoring. Results A total of 1 728 iodized salt were detected in households from 2006 to 2011, including 1 585 qualified iodized salt, 91.72% qualified iodized salt, 67 non-iodized salt and 3.88% non-iodized salt. The pass rate of iodized salt basically shows an upward trend every year. Conclusion The residents of this county basically achieve the goal of consuming iodized salt. However, there are still a few residents who consume non-iodized salt. Publicity and education should be further carried out and supervision and monitoring of iodized salt should be intensified.
