目的:探讨苦参碱对胆囊癌患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7,p-STAT3及E-Cad水平的影响。方法:收集我院治疗的60例胆囊癌患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例,患者均择日行胆囊癌标准根治术,实验组患者者在对照组患者基础上术后给予苦参碱胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7,p-STAT3及E-Cad水平的变化情况,以及5年中位生存率。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7,p-STAT3及E-Cad水平均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗后血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7,p-STAT3及E-Cad水平较低,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者5年中位生存月高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苦参碱能够降低胆囊癌患者血清及胆囊组织中MMP-7,p-STAT3及E-Cad水平,延长生存时间,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of matrine on serum and gallbladder tissue MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad levels in patients with gallbladder cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with gallbladder carcinoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients underwent radical radical mastectomy of gallbladder cancer on day one. The patients in experimental group were treated on the basis of the control group Matrine capsules given treatment. The changes of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of both groups were observed and compared. The 5-year median survival rate was also observed. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in serum and gallbladder tissue of both groups decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05) The levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in serum and gallbladder tissue were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group (P> 0.05). The 5-year median survival time in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Matrine can reduce the levels of MMP-7, p-STAT3 and E-Cad in the serum and gallbladder tissues of patients with gallbladder cancer and prolong the survival time, which is of clinical significance.
