卫生部部长张文康前不久在全国卫生工作会议上说,今年,医疗卫生体制改革要实现五个突破:一是医疗卫生体制改革必须与基本医疗保险制度同步推进;二是重点抓好病人选医生、药品集中招标采购、药品收支两条线、医疗机构后勤社会化等几项工作;三是完成医疗机构的分类管理,妥善处理好营利性与非营利性医疗
