简要介绍了宝钢集团浦钢公司的铁水KR法脱硫工艺和装备,其具有铁水原料条件不稳定和技术装备先进、自动化程度高的特点。为适应COREX铁水硅高的特点及保证KR的脱硫效果,对开工用铝渣的成分进行了调整,并且采用2次搅拌法脱硫,从热试第1炉的效果看,脱硫效果明显。宝钢集团浦钢公司炼钢厂铁水KR脱硫设备的投产使用,标志着浦钢百年老厂的涅槃重生,同时也是在COREX铁水条件下脱硫的全新尝试。在实际生产过程中,通过优化和完善设备及工艺制度,各项工艺和经济指标也慢慢趋近或达到了设计水平。
Briefly introduces the molten iron KR process desulfurization technology and equipment of Baosteel Group Company of Baosteel Group, which has the characteristics of unstable raw material and advanced technology and equipment and high degree of automation. In order to adapt to the characteristics of COREX hot metal and ensure the desulphurization effect of KR, the composition of aluminum slag for start-up was adjusted and the desulphurization was carried out by 2 times stirring method. The commissioning of the molten iron KR desulphurization plant at Baosteel Steel Plant of Baosteel Group marks the rebirth of Nirvana at the 100-year-old factory of Pu Steel and also a brand new attempt to desulphurize with COREX molten iron. In the actual production process, through the optimization and improvement of equipment and process system, the process and economic indicators are slowly approaching or reached the design level.
