目的:探讨高频超声诊断早孕期胚胎停止发育的价值。方法:取我院早期妊娠进行超声检查的孕妇,先用常规超声经腹探查早孕情况,再用高频超声检查。明确见胚胎组织而未见原始心管搏动的孕妇、妊娠囊>40m m而未见胚胎组织者纳入本研究。所有研究对象分为两组,第一组,398名孕妇,比较高频超声与常规超声诊断胚胎停止发育情况。第二组116名孕妇,比较高频超声与阴道超声诊断胚胎停止发育情况。结果:第一组:高频超声与常规超声比较,首次检查见清晰胚胎组织而未见原始心管搏动者322例V S193例,妊娠囊>40m m而未见胚胎组织者76例V S92例。第二组:高频超声与阴道超声比较,两项观察指标结果分别为:102例VS106例,14例VS10例。结论:高频超声检查早孕期胚胎停止发育比常规超声有显著优势,比阴道超声操作方便。“,” objective: to study the high frequency ultrasound diagnosis early pregnancy embryonic stop growing value. Results: the first group: high frequency ultrasonography and conventional ultrasonic comparison, first check see clear embryonic organization and did not see the original heart beats tube in 322 cases VS193 cases, pregnancy capsule > 40 mm and did not see embryos 76 cases VS92 cases. The second group: high frequency ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography comparison, two observation index respectively results: 102 cases VS106 cases, 14 cases VS10 cases. Conclusion:high-frequency ultrasound pregnancy early embryonic development stops than conventional ultrasonic have significant advantages, than transvaginal ultrasonography convenient operation.
