介绍了ElNino、LaNina事件 ,分析了黄河兰州以上天然径流特征、ElNino事件与青藏高原大气环流、兰州以上天然来水对ElNino事件的响应。分析认为 :E1Nino事件的确是影响黄河上游径流的主要因素之一。E1Nino发生在冬春季节 ,当年汛期径流偏少的概率最大 ,如果发生在夏季 ,当年汛期径流将偏多 ;E1Nino次年 ,径流偏少的概率较大 ;E1Nino持续时间愈长 ,径流愈枯 ;E1Nino事件春季结束 ,径流偏少的概率较大 ,夏季结束 ,径流有可能偏大 ;LaNino事件发生 ,当年或次年径流将偏多 ,甚至发生较大洪大
The El Nino and LaNina events were introduced. The natural runoff characteristics above Lanzhou, the El Nino event and the atmospheric circulation over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the response to natural El Niño events over Lanzhou were analyzed.
