对92例无症状者幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况进行了调查,67例胃炎患者中,有46例(68.7％)检出HP,25例组织学正常者仅3例有HP感染。中、重度炎症的HP阳性率与轻度炎症相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。HP感染及其相关的胃炎可普遍隐藏于无症状健康人群中。
Ninety-two asymptomatic H. pylori (HP) infections were investigated. Of the 67 patients with gastritis, 46 (68.7%) were diagnosed with HP, and only 25 of the 25 patients with normal histology had HP infection. The positive rate of moderate and severe inflammation was significantly higher than mild inflammation (P <0.01). HP infection and its associated gastritis can be generally hidden in asymptomatic healthy people.
