一、引言电子束管在排气、封离后的管内残余气体是影响管子寿命的一个决定性因素。这种残余气体的来源主要是由于排气不良、封接部分慢性漏气以及真空材料在使用时放气,等等。因此研究残余气体的成分和压强以及在使用过程中它们的变化具有极为重要的意义。它有助于确定最佳的排气规范和阴极分解激活规范,鉴定电真空工艺和卫生的有效程度,研究消气剂的吸气量及其持续作用,合理选择管内零件的材料等。
I. INTRODUCTION The electron beam tube in the exhaust, seal the residual gas after the tube is a decisive factor affecting the life of the tube. The source of this residual gas is mainly due to poor exhaust, sealing part of the chronic leakage and the vacuum material in use deflated, and so on. Therefore, it is extremely important to study the composition and pressure of residual gases and their changes during use. It helps to determine the best exhaust specification and cathodic decomposition activation specification, to identify the effectiveness of electrical vacuum processes and hygiene, to study the inspiratory capacity of the getter and its continued role, and to select the materials for the parts in the tube.
