目前,在我国民营企业中存在一个很独特的现象——“老板娘现象”。客观地说,在公司初创时期,老板娘的作用是显而易见的:在没有人手时,在经济困难时,都是老板娘在默默地支持着老板。但当企业发展到一定程度时,这些与丈夫历经沧桑、凡事都想亲历亲为的“半边天”们还适合继续介入企业管理吗?企业要发展,要壮大,老板娘应如何恰到好处地发挥自己的作用?什么样的人是能够美满老板人生、助推企业发展的理想老板娘?
