体育运动时机体需要一定的物质生成能量,被消耗的物质必须得到恢复,机体才能继续运动,如果被消耗的物质得不到恢复,继续运动将导致疲劳积累而发生过度疲劳,影响运动能力的提高。所以,恢复和运动本身一样重要,没有疲劳就没有锻炼;同样,没有恢复也就没有提高。体育课的整理活动与课的基本部分同样重要,它对消除疲劳,加速学生机体的恢复和提高及处理好体育课与文化学习的关系起着重要的作用。目前,学校体育课的整理活动主要是着眼于身体放松,很少见到把“自我暗示”心理放松
