在转型跨越发展的伟大征程中,只有建设一流的组工队伍、塑造一流的部门形象,才能使组织工作展现全新作为、创造一流业绩。我认为,在新形势下,各级组织部门应从自身建设入手,牢牢抓住“服务”和“满意”这两个重点,创建新窗口,提升新服务。创建新窗口:找准组织部门“做什么”的定位组织部门具有优良的传统,始终保持着党的窗口部门的良好形象。新形势下,组织工作要在继承传统和弘扬精神的基础上,把窗口更加拓宽、擦亮。
Only in building a first-class group workforce and shaping a first-class departmental image can we transform our organizational work into new endeavors and create first-class achievements in the great journey of transformation and leapfrog development. I think under the new situation, the organizational departments at all levels should start from their own construction and firmly grasp the key points of “service” and “satisfaction”, create new windows and upgrade new services.
