“The salesman is the locomotive of the company.” If you compare a company in a market economy far away to a train, the speed of the train depends on the salesman. Advertising and public relations have created a favorable environment for sales, and business promotion has provided a powerful weapon for attracting customers. The face-to-face communication with customers and the realization of sales will depend on the efforts of salespeople. Salespersons are the link that connects business with customers. For the customer, the salesman is a symbol of the corporate image; in turn, the salesman brings the company from the customer to the company.
