通过回交转育法培育了哈克尼西棉胞质雄性不育系中棉所12A-3,苏棉12A等17个,104-7A陆地棉胞质的雄性不育系中棉所12A-1和86-1A,以及湘远A胞质不育系中棉所12A-2。这20个不育系的不育性彻底,农艺性状与原轮回亲本、保持系一致,都可以用于新组合的筛选。随机选用豫棉466A、中棉所15A、中棉所12A-1、AusA进行遗传分析。发现它们4个胞质不育系在产量、纤维品质、性状上存在着真实的遗传差异,尤其是中棉所12A-1的多数经济性状既有较大的一般配合力效应,又有较高的特殊配合力方差,易于筛选出高优势的杂种棉组合。
By backcross method, we breed Arabidopsis thaliana 12A-3, Su-cotton 12A and other Arabidopsis CMS lines, 1 and 86-1A, and Xiangyao A CMS line Cotai 12A-2. The sterility of these 20 CMS lines was completely agronomic and the agronomic traits were consistent with those of the original reincarnation parents and could be used for the screening of new combinations. Yumai 466A, CIMC 15A, CIMC 12A-1 and AusA were randomly selected for genetic analysis. The results showed that there was a true genetic difference in yield, fiber quality and traits among the four cytoplasmic male sterile lines. In particular, most of the economic traits of CIMC 12A-1 were both larger general combining ability and higher The variance of special combining ability makes it easy to screen high-yield hybrid cotton combinations.
