国务院关税税则委员会办公室于2007年6月20日向国家有关部委发出《关于征求2008年关税调整意见的函》。信息产业部向各省、自治区、直辖市信息产业主管部门转发此件。请有关企业按文件要求提出2008年需调整或增列的进出口关税税目的电子产品。
The Customs Tariff Commission Office of the State Council issued the “Letter on Seeking the Opinion on Tariff Adjustment for 2008” from the relevant state ministries and commissions on June 20, 2007. The Ministry of Information Industry forwards this item to the competent department of information industry of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Invites the relevant enterprises to submit the electronic products that need to be adjusted or added in 2008 according to the requirements of import and export tariffs.
