This article discusses the issue of ulnar nerve injury when removing Norplant. A 23-year-old woman requested removal of Norplant. Norplant implantation without complications and obvious side effects. Norplant is located in the correct position in front of the triceps before removal. The lowest position of implantation is about 5cm from the epicondyle of the humerus.
