负荷试验传统是采用测量ST压低的程度来判断。本文提出二个新的判断标准,即R波振幅和⊿RST,考核其能否改善负荷试验的敏感性与特异性。方法:对比266例极量活动平板运动试验和冠状动脉造影的结果(有意列入33例按ST段标准为假阳性和96例为假阴性的病例)。ST段压低以J点60毫秒后呈下斜型或水平型压低≥1毫米和80毫秒后呈上斜型压低≥1.5毫米者作为阳性。R波振幅则在运动后即刻呈增加或不变者列为阳性,降低者列为阴性。⊿RST是R波改变和ST段
The traditional load test is to measure the degree of ST depression to determine. In this paper, two new criteria, R wave amplitudes and ⊿ RST, are proposed to test whether they can improve the sensitivity and specificity of load test. Methods: The results of 266 treadmill exercise tests and coronary angiography were compared (intentionally included in 33 cases with ST-segment false positives and 96 cases with false-negatives). ST-segment depression at J point after 60 milliliters were down or horizontal type depression ≥ 1 mm and 80 milliseconds after the ramp-type depression ≥ 1.5 mm were as positive. R-wave amplitude was increased or unchanged immediately after exercise as a positive, decreased as negative. ⊿ RST is the R wave change and ST segment
