溶解性有机质(DOM)广泛存在于各类水体,是天然水体中的重要化学组分,评估DOM的性质和行为是被认为是监测水质变化以及水生生态系统完整性的重要方法之一。荧光性质是海洋DOM的重要光学性质之一,是溶解性有机物库的重要组成部分,已被广泛应用到多种水体环境中DOM的来源、降解、迁移等方面的研究。本文对DOM荧光性质的发展历程、表征手段、研究进展以及在岩溶水系统的研究前景进行表述。
Dissolved organic matter (DOM) is widely found in all kinds of water and is an important chemical component in natural water. Assessment of the nature and behavior of DOM is considered as one of the important methods to monitor water quality changes and aquatic ecosystem integrity. Fluorescence is one of the most important optical properties of marine DOM. It is an important part of dissolved organic matter (DOM) library and has been widely applied to the study of DOM source, degradation and migration in a variety of water environments. In this paper, the development of the fluorescence properties of DOM, characterization methods, research progress and research prospects in the karst water system are described.
