文章为解决复合式路面沥青和水泥混凝土面层黏结不力造成的路面使用功能障碍问题,以隆林至百色高速公路的实际工程为依托,通过ANSYS有限元计算软件对PCC与AC层间进行了剪应力分析,提出了黏结层的抗剪强度指标;结合现场和室内试验对PCC与AC层间的中间层材料的黏结能力和力学性能进行对比研究,提出了解决层间黏结处理的技术措施。
In order to solve the problem of pavement use dysfunction caused by poor bonding between composite pavement asphalt and cement concrete surface layer and based on the actual project of Longlin-Baise Expressway, the shear between PCC and AC layer was calculated by ANSYS finite element software Stress analysis, the shear strength index of the adhesive layer is put forward. Combining the field and laboratory tests, the adhesion and mechanical properties of the interlayer material between PCC and AC are compared and the technical measures to solve the problem of interlayer adhesive treatment are put forward.
