随着社会主义市场经济体制的发展和改革,加之互联网经济、分享经济等新型经济领域的开辟,越来越多的人相继加入到创业的大潮之中。如果对于这些创业者来说,创业管理是一门必须要掌握的学问,那么我们必须认清,在整个创业管理环节中财务管理有着非常重要的地位。本文试从财务管理在创业管理中的地位和作用入手,指出创业者在财务管理中存在的问题并给出解决措施,从而对财务管理在创业管理中的重要性进行分析,为创业者提供参考。
With the development and reform of the socialist market economic system and the opening up of new economic fields such as the Internet economy and sharing economy, more and more people have joined the tide of entrepreneurship one after another. If entrepreneurship management is a must-have for these entrepreneurs, then we must recognize that financial management plays a very important role throughout the entrepreneurial management process. This article tries to start from the position and function of financial management in venture management and points out the problems existing in the financial management of entrepreneurs and gives the solutions to analyze the importance of financial management in venture management and provide references for entrepreneurs .
