The catalytic performance of HY, Hβ, HM and HZSM 5 zeolites for naphthalene isomerization was studied. The results showed that the order of activity of these zeolites was HY> Hβ> HM> HZSM 5, The order of selectivity for propylnaphthalene is HM> Hβ> HY. The pore structure and size of zeolites are the main factors affecting the reaction of naphthalene isopropylation, except the acidity and acid distribution of the zeolites. The external surface of the acidity, and the catalytic performance of zeolites have a greater impact.At normal pressure water vapor dealumination combined with strong acid reprocessing is conducive to the catalytic performance of the catalyst to improve the reaction temperature is conducive to the conversion of naphthalene, but the temperature will lead to many The side reaction, the appropriate reaction temperature is about 5 2 3 K. The reaction time on the product distribution is not obvious. Isopropanol / naphthalene molar ratio should be less than 2.
