2009年,广西柳州钢铁集团公司认真学习贯彻党的十七大精神,按照自治区和柳州市党委、政府的部署,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,在深入学习实践科学发展观的统领下,克服了钢材市场需求不振、销售不畅、运输受阻等严重困难,深入开展再次创业、实施低成本战略工作,经过全体职工的共同努力,取得了铁、钢、材总量超2400万吨、完成技改投资24.63亿元、主要技术经济指标明显进步、年度扭亏为盈的好成绩。
