本文以酒店的运营管理为研究对象,浅析了酒店管理成功与失败的原因,首先介绍了酒店管理应坚持的基本原则和策略,包括有坚持规划员工职业生涯,坚持“以人为本”的管理理念,坚持建立合理的薪酬体系;接下来先分析了酒店管理获得成功的原因,分别是坚持进行人力资源管理是提高酒店竞争力的关键,酒店的品牌是获得成功的重要因素,成功源自于企业开展现代化的管理方法 ;文章的第三部分指明了酒店管理遭受失败的原因;有领导层的重大决策失误,酒店的管理手段和规章制度不够严格,酒店在发展中没有正确评估市场。希望本文可以对国内酒店科学运营管理提供一些有价值的参考意见。
This article takes the hotel operation management as the research object, analyzes the reason of the hotel management success and failure.
