应用立体定向法将胎兔脑干中缝核未分化的5-HT能性神经元移植至成年兔大脑中动脉阻断型(MCAO)脑缺血灶内。2个月后用高效液相色谱电化学法(HPLC-EC)定量分析其5-HT含量。结果证实移植组5-HT含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示移植细胞在宿主体内存活良好。HPLC-EC是一个超微量测定递质的先进方法。
Stereotactic sutured 5-HT-competent neurons were transplanted into the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) ischemic foci of adult rabbits by stereotactic method. After 2 months, the content of 5-HT was quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemistry (HPLC-EC). The results confirmed that 5-HT content in the transplantation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Suggesting that the transplanted cells survive well in the host. HPLC-EC is an advanced method for the determination of neurotransmitters in very small quantities.
