华东地区水利科技协作组第三次成员会议于1991年10月28日至11月1日在安徽省黄山市召开。福建、浙江、江西、上海、江苏、安徽等省、市水利(水电)厅(局),省属水利、水电、河口海岸研究所,淮河水利委员会以及部直属研究院(所)高等院校共1.5个单位的33位代表参加了会议。水利部科教司戴定忠副司长电贺会议召开,预祝会议成功。大会由秘书长单位南京水利科学研究院杨鸿明副院长和安徽省水利科学研究所路观平所长共同主持了会议。安徽省水利厅檀华芬副总工程师在会上就安徽省1991年春夏际洪涝灾情
The third meeting of East China Water Resources Scientific and Technological Cooperation Group was held in Huangshan City, Anhui Province from October 28 to November 1, 1991. Fujian Province, Zhejiang Province, Jiangxi Province, Shanghai Municipality, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province and other provinces and municipalities (Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydropower), provincial water conservancy and hydropower stations, Estuarine and Coastal Research Institute, Huaihe River Water Resources Commission, Thirty-three delegates from 1.5 units attended the meeting. Dai Dingzhong, deputy director of Science and Education Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, congratulated the meeting and wished the meeting a success. The meeting was presided over jointly by Yang Hongming, vice president of Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute and director of the Institute of Water Resources and Science of Anhui Province Lu Guanping.
