很多教育专家都曾讲过这样的话,当代的教师应该成为“学习型的教师、研究型的教师、反思型的教师”等等,教师要上好课也要做研究,而教师要做教研,除了用心研究自己的课堂以外,还应该多听多学他人的授课。我曾聆听过南京市教研室刘永和老师关于“学思结合做教研”的讲座,受益匪浅,并有幸多次参加了我区艺术教师“教学能手”的评选活动,通过听课评课,使我感想很多,收获也很多,笔者认为:一、“听”是“研”的甄别过程
Many education experts have said so, contemporary teachers should become “learning teacher, research teacher, reflective teacher ” and so on, the teacher should do a good lesson to do research, and teachers to do Teaching and research, in addition to carefully studying their own class, but also should listen to more than others to teach.
