本文对羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC—Na)的流变学性质及在不同条件下的助悬性能进行了研究。实验表明:CMC—Na水溶液呈假塑性流动,其流变学特性符合经验或(Ωη’)q=Ωη’,logη”和浓度间呈线性关系。乙醇可增大CMC—Na水溶液的表观粘度。当混悬剂中固体分散相含量较高时,应用一定浓度的CMC—Na可呈现触变性.适当的Ca~(2+)可增强触变性.这可能是由于Ca~(2+)在相邻吸附了CMC—Na的颗粒间起架桥作用所致。二价金属离子的这种架桥作用既可能增强触变性,又可能促进结块。
In this paper, the rheological properties of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) and the suspending properties under different conditions were studied. The experimental results show that CMC-Na aqueous solution exhibits pseudoplastic flow, and its rheological properties are in agreement with the empirical formula (Ωη ’) q = Ωη’, and logη is linear with the concentration. Ethanol can increase the apparent viscosity of CMC-Na aqueous solution When the content of solid disperse phase in suspension is high, thixotropy can be exhibited by applying a certain concentration of CMC-Na.The appropriate Ca 2+ can enhance the thixotropy, which may be due to Ca 2+ in Adjacent to the CMC-Na adsorbed particles from the bridge between the role of the bridging effect of divalent metal ions both may enhance thixotropy, but also may promote caking.
