目的:探讨降纤酶与低分子肝素联合治疗进展型脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法:应用降纤酶与低分子肝素联合治疗进展性脑梗死70例,并与单用降纤酶进行对照,并检测凝血指标。结果:治疗组的总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(73.3%)(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后凝血指标比较,差异均无统计学意义。治疗组无一例发生出血等严重不良反应。结论:降纤酶与低分子肝素联合治疗进展性脑梗死近期疗效优于单用降纤酶且安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of defibrase and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of advanced cerebral infarction. Methods: 70 cases of progressive cerebral infarction were treated with defibrase and low molecular weight heparin, compared with single defibrase, and coagulation indexes were measured. Results: The total effective rate (93.3%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.3%) (P <0.01). Before and after treatment of coagulation index comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. None of the patients in the treatment group had serious adverse reactions such as bleeding. Conclusion: The combination therapy of defibrase and low molecular weight heparin is more effective than single defibrase in the treatment of advanced cerebral infarction.
