被誉为我国环保业务、PPP业务和“一带一路”领军企业的葛洲坝集团,于2016年11月至12月先后发布《企业领导人员能力模型》《企业领导人员素质模型》。“两个模型”的发布,是该集团加快结构调整、转型升级的一项基础性工程,表明在中国经济步入新常态的大环境下,葛洲坝集团对现代企业制度体系下的治企规律认识与实践正在不断深化。
Known as China’s environmental protection business, PPP business and the “Belt and Road” leader in the Gezhouba Group, from November to December 2016 has successively released the “Enterprise Leadership Model” and the “Corporate Leadership Quality Model.” The publication of the “Two Models” is a fundamental project of the Group to speed up structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading. It shows that under the environment in which China’s economy has entered a new normal, the Gezhouba Group’s management of enterprises under the modern enterprise system Law understanding and practice are deepening.
