复性近视散光是眼屈光不正中较为常见的一种类型,它由近视和近视散光所组成。本文报告183例339眼复性近视眼散光,首诊时近视屈光度在0.50D 至3.00D 之间,角膜的近视散光度在0.50D 至2.50D 之间,眼底检查除部分视乳头颞侧出现近视弧外,其它未见异常。根据是否戴镜分为甲乙两组。甲组为坚持戴镜者,共201眼;乙组为未戴镜者,共138眼。两组三年前近视散光度的平均值分别为1.286±0.3868D 及1.321±0.3712D,近视屈光度的平均值分别为2.052±0.4511D 及2.080±0.4490
